OW HIRING: HVAC Technician – Chiller Experience

Location: Austin, TX

Pay: Competitive (Based on experience) 26.00 - 36.00 hr

Trade Management is actively seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with a strong background in chiller systems to support ongoing and upcoming commercial projects in the Austin area.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on commercial HVAC systems
• Work with cooling towers, pumps, compressors, and control systems
• Follow safety protocols and EPA regulations for refrigerant handling
• Interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, and service manuals

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years HVAC experience with chillers
• EPA 608 Certification required
• TDLR license (Texas) preferred
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus
• Reliable transportation and basic HVAC tools
