• EPA Section 608 Universal certification is required.
• Hands-on diagnostic and repair abilities for split systems, rooftops, and building controls.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history; OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate operating problems in commercial HVAC equipment and identify repairs.
• Carry out repairs on split systems, rooftop units, and other light-commercial equipment.
• Perform maintenance to keep systems operating reliably.
• Complete equipment installations and replacements per schedule.

Location: Alexandria, VA

Pay: $36 to $55 per hour

Full-time, W-2 employment with Rinvio, working on site with our client.

Put your commercial HVAC experience to work keeping building equipment operational through hands-on service, maintenance, and installation. This position offers consistent hours and combines troubleshooting and repair assignments with scheduled equipment installations and replacements across commercial buildings.

What you will do

• Investigate operating problems in commercial HVAC equipment, identify the source of trouble, and determine the repairs needed to restore function.
• Carry out repairs on split systems, rooftop units, and other light-commercial equipment as part of regular service work.
• Perform maintenance on commercial heating and cooling equipment to help keep systems operating reliably.
• Complete equipment installations and replace existing units according to the planned installation schedule.
• Identify faults in basic building controls and make repairs to address control-related operating problems.

What you bring

• At least three years spent servicing or installing commercial HVAC equipment, or comparable practical experience gained in the field.
• EPA Section 608 certification at the Universal level.
• Hands-on diagnostic and repair ability covering split systems, rooftop equipment, and basic building controls.
• A valid driver’s license, supported by a clean driving history.
• OSHA 10 training or OSHA 30 training is preferred but not required.

Weekly pay, plus medical, dental and vision plans available.
