Qualifications
- Extensive residential or light commercial HVAC service experience.
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate technicians.
- Excellent organization and documentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and developing others.
- Leadership mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- EPA 608 Type II or Universal Certification required.
- Ability to complete required Indoor Air Quality and SBE training.
Responsibilities
- Mentor new and developing HVAC service technicians through hands‑on field coaching.
- Conduct ride‑along to evaluate technical skills and customer interactions.
- Teach diagnostic procedures and repair best practices.
- Coach technicians on communication, professionalism, and customer experience.
- Review completed service calls and provide constructive performance feedback.
- Assist with classroom instruction, technical meetings, and training sessions.
- Monitor technician development and recommend additional coaching when needed.
- Support service managers in maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Help improve department consistency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a technical resource for technicians in the field.

Compensation: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour plus trainer bonuses and performance incentives
