Full‑time role working Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some evenings and weekends for after‑hours. You will only be on an on‑call rotation and will not be expected to work every weekend.
We're not a dead‑end job. We're not a toxic team. We're not wasting your time.
You begin by syncing with dispatch and confirming seasonal inventory forecasts, then you're in motion‑fielding a tech's call to interpret diagnostic data, riding along to coach on communication before work begins, stepping into an escalated job to resolve complex issues and guide repair versus replacement, and ensuring payment follows company procedures; you host an in‑house mini‑seminar, update training plans in Interplay Learning, collaborate with install on technical recommendations, review callbacks with management to prevent recurrences, keep vehicles and tools inspection‑ready, maintain safety and code compliance, and nurture relationships with local trade schools to support recruiting-all while documenting hours and materials before leaving each site and staying in tight contact with the office for next‑job dispatch.
We're committed to doing the right thing for customers and teammates-every time. Our culture prizes professionalism, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. We train intentionally, stay on top of industry trends (equipment updates, refrigerant changes), and empower our Service Department with the tools and support to make great decisions quickly. As Service Field Supervisor, you'll partner with the Management Team and internal service leaders to streamline workflows, reduce operational costs, and deliver a smooth, repeatable experience that earns loyalty.
