Armstrong Fluid Technology seeks a Technical Support & Application Engineer to deliver responsive, technically sound support to internal and external partners across the US. You will influence product offerings through customer feedback and collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product Management, and R&D.

The role emphasizes joint problem solving, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the RSEC network, with a focus on HVAC hydronic systems and energy-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in technical support, HVAC, or mechanical building systems.
• Familiarity with centrifugal pumps, heat exchangers, and HVAC applications.
• Knowledge of building automation systems and protocols (BACnet, Modbus) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sale technical support and product assistance for HVAC and hydronic systems to internal sales and external customers across the US.
• Own technical issues and drive resolution with professional accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product Management, and R&D to propose optimal solutions.
• Document technical decisions in internal systems for traceability.
