You will ensure a safe, climate-controlled environment for residents, staff, and visitors and participate in on-call rotations for after-hours needs. Qualifications

  • HVAC certification required (EPA Certification preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience preferred, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or commercial facilities.
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, ventilation systems, thermostats, and related controls.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
  • Maintain indoor air quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Work on-call rotation including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
