AdventHealth in Winter Garden, FL seeks an HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on hospital HVAC systems and ensure reliable air quality for patient care. You will inspect air handlers, pumps, fans, and related components, and assist with repairs to minimize downtime.

The role requires HVAC journeyman knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot equipment, with 3+ years mechanical and electrical background in HVAC.

Qualifications

• General HVAC journeyman knowledge required.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.
• 3+ years of mechanical and electrical background in HVAC (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Inspect and maintain air handlers, fan coils, exhaust fans, and pumps.
• Replace worn or damaged parts and perform repairs.
• Assist Master Mechanic with more complex troubleshooting and repairs.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate with other departments.
