Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five+ years as HVAC/R service-related technician.
• EPA Refrigerant Certification required, within 90 days.
• Able to work varied shifts and weekends as needed.
• Travel between Moffitt facilities with a valid license.
• Good driving record per policy; Florida driver's license on hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC/R and related systems to ensure safety and reliability.
• Ensure PM tasks are completed on time with proper documentation.
• Perform general maintenance and assist others per unit competencies.
• Demonstrate depth of HVAC/R knowledge and related tools usage.
• Oversee and inspect repairs by contractors when needed.
• Operate maintenance equipment and building automation/CMMS software; collaborate with others.
