Job summary

WeCare Centers is seeking a Regional HVAC Technician to perform installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems across assigned regions. You will monitor operations, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to service calls while adhering to safety policies.

A PA license/certification and EPA CFC Universal Certificate are required, with 10+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC repair and install knowledge and experience.
• 10+ years related work experience preferred.
• Holds appropriate license/certification for PA city/state work.
• EPA CFC Universal Certificate is minimum requirement.
• Adaptable, reliable, and health/safe working environment awareness.

Responsibilities

• Ensures routine preventive maintenance is performed according to schedules and standards.

Regional HVAC Technician

WeCare Centers is looking for a regional HVAC Technician that will provide services with specific responsibilities for identifying repairs and or replacement needs, installing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems
• Monitors HVAC systems and operations
• Ensures routine preventive maintenance is performed according to schedules and standards
• Responds to hot and cold calls, then troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Checks, repairs and or replaces valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pump compressors, condensers, cores, pipes and other functional components of the system
• Preforms all work in accordance with established safety procedures
• Documents all work into computer system
• Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures
• Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner
• Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments
• Applies all applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to all assigned work
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• HVAC repair and install knowledge and experience
• 10 plus years related work experience preferred
• Holds appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state of PA
• Minimum requirement is EPA CFC Universal Certificate
• Successful candidates must be adaptable, reliable and nurtures of health/safe working environment
