Job summary

Rocky Gap Casino Resort is seeking a qualified Facilities HVAC technician responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the property.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA I/II or Universal license, HVAC certification, and at least 2 years' experience. You must pass background checks and maintain a valid driver's license. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA I/II license or Universal EPA license and HVAC certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Designs, tests and maintains HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoots to maximize performance.
• Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Monitors temperatures; adjusts as needed.
• Keeps engineering area neat and organized.
• Adheres to safety policies and OSHA rules.
• All other duties as assigned.
