Daikin Applied seeks a visionary Systems Solutions Manager to define and champion the future of integrated HVAC system solutions. You will translate complex capabilities into differentiated, customer-centric offerings and influence roadmaps across engineering, product, and marketing.

In this remote US role, you will lead content development, engage field teams, and shape system narratives that deliver measurable energy efficiency and building performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 8–10 years of relevant HVAC industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to align different stakeholders with competing priorities towards a common goal.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer pain points into differentiated HVAC solutions and shape product roadmaps.
• Serve as an HVAC systems SME, guiding design and application.
• Engage customers and field sales with compelling systems narratives.
• Capture market feedback and prioritize opportunities for future content and tech.
• Support commercialization of new products within the broader system story.
• Develop technical content (white papers, webinars, presentations) on system value.
• Represent Daikin Applied in industry groups to influence direction.
• Evaluate new technologies and priorities for system enablement.
