Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university Engineering or related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant HVAC industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with ability to align stakeholders.
• Sales‑aware mindset with ability to influence customer design decisions.
• Project management skills to coordinate efforts across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Innovation & Roadmap Influence: translate pain points into system solutions and shape roadmaps.
• Systems expertise & technical leadership: provide actionable guidance on HVAC design and performance.
• Customer & field sales engagement: present system narratives to engineers and architects.
• Voice of customer & market intelligence: capture feedback and prioritize opportunities.
