Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Innovation & roadmap influence: translate customer pain points into differentiated HVAC solutions and shape product roadmaps.
• Systems expertise & technical leadership: translate HVAC design and performance into actionable guidance.
• Customer & field sales engagement: deploy content to communicate system narratives to engineers, developers, architects, and end users.
• Voice of customer & market intelligence: capture field feedback and translate insights into opportunities; maintain prioritized opportunities for content and tech exploration.
• New product development commercialization support: guide product managers on how systems integrate into the broader Daikin system story.
