Job summary

• Responds to all calls for temperature control and emergencies.
• Monitors remote sensing points and adjusts temperatures and flow rates.
• Maintains chillers, air handlers, and related equipment.
• Inspects gauges, reads meters, and performs minor repairs as needed.
• Assists in major equipment overhaul during breakdowns or off-season.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper care of tools and work areas.
