Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of HVAC and plumbing design experience for commercial/industrial buildings.
• Proficiency with CAD tools for 2D/3D modeling and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical and HVAC designs and prepare detailed drawings and specifications.
• Support design reviews and perform mechanical calculations.
• Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and other engineers to ensure constructible, cost-effective designs.
• Participate in value engineering and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
