Job summary

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Systems Business Analyst to fill a contract HVAC Training position in Jasper, AL. The role focuses on designing and delivering course training materials and hands‑on instruction for HVAC systems, with emphasis on diagnostics of refrigerant, electrical and air distribution components.

The training specialist will support safety practices and program development while coordinating instructional activities for learners and teams.

Qualifications

• HVAC classroom instruction experience or ability to develop instructional materials.
• Strong understanding of HVAC system components and performance analysis.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and air distribution issues.
• Familiarity with safety practices and field service procedures.
• State of Alabama Contractor's Certification (Active or Inactive) required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop course training materials including instructor guides and participant guides.
• Coordinate and instruct hands‑on, performance‑based training and evaluate learners.
• Assist students by analyzing system performance and diagnosing issues in refrigerant, electrical and air distribution systems.
• Lead by example in safety and teamwork across multiple tasks.
