Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

1. Lead and manage the installation of HVAC systems
2. Supervise and mentor a team of HVAC installers and apprentices
3. Ensure all installations comply with company standards, local codes, and safety regulations
4. Coordinate with the install team and comfort advisor
5. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues during installations
6. Maintain accurate records of installations, including equipment used and time spent on each project
7. Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
8. Ensure proper inventory of equipment and materials for each project
9. Uphold the highest standards of customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems
• Knowledge of local Phoenix building codes and regulations
• Additional certifications (e.g., NATE certification)
