Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supervising HVAC personnel.
• Experience maintaining and repairing commercial/industrial HVAC or related building systems.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software (preferably Maximo) and MS Office.
• Advanced technical expertise in HVAC/refrigeration/mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of HVAC Technicians and maintenance staff with accountability and safety focus.
• Plan and assign preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure timely completion and support.
• Develop work plans, set priorities and schedules for adequate coverage.
• Provide guidance for installation and repair of commercial HVAC and related systems.
• Monitor work orders, resources, and service levels to meet objectives.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance across daily operations.
