Job summary

Denver International Airport (DEN) seeks an Engineering Supervisor to lead the Landside Infrastructure Team within the DEC. You will guide engineers and project managers in defining, designing, building, and turning over civil infrastructure projects at DEN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license required.
• Minimum 3 years senior engineering/architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate work of engineers and staff; set objectives.
• Supervise project life cycle from define to closeout.
• Collaborate with PMO to establish cost estimates and schedules.
• Lead stakeholder coordination with DEN and external groups.
• Assist in budgeting and fund allocation for unit goals.
• Assign work and provide performance feedback.
• Develop staff goals and recognition; drive performance improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
