Job summary

LDI Mechanical, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Start up Technician to join our team in the multifamily HVAC sector. You will perform startup on newly installed equipment, inspect and repair HVAC systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist with new installations.

Ideal candidates have 1 year HVAC experience or completed HVAC trade school, EPA certification, and can work full-time Monday–Friday with occasional weekends. A valid driver's license and pre-employment screenings are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in the HVAC trade or completion of HVAC trade school.
• EPA certification required.
• Ability to work independently and full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Pre-placement drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup process on newly installed multi-family HVAC Hydronic, Heat Pump, VRV, VRF equipment
• Inspect, maintain and repair various HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions
• Assist with installation of new HVAC systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

LDI Mechanical, Inc. is currently looking for self-motivated individuals in the Multifamily HVAC industry to join our team of professionals. We are currently looking for an Entry Level Start up Technician.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Perform Start up process on newly installed multi-family HVAC Hydronic, Heat Pump, VRV, VRF equipment
• Inspect, maintain and repair various HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions
• Assist with installation of new HVAC systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have 1-year work experience in the HVAC Trade or Trade School
• Must have EPA Certification
• Able to work independently and full time, Monday – Friday (occasional weekends), year round
• All candidates must pass a pre-placement drug screen, background check and MVR
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, as determined by company standards
