Skellet Climate is seeking a Sales Engineer who can bridge technology and business to drive customer success in HVAC solutions.

You will support Business Developers and Account Managers, dimension technical solutions, prepare calculations, and develop presentations and datasheets to win projects.

Based in the United States, you’ll train partners and distributors, share customer feedback with R&D and marketing, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation meets practical delivery.

Qualifications

• You have a technical background (industrial engineering, electromechanics, or similar) with a commercial mindset.
• You communicate fluently in English and Dutch (other languages are an advantage).
• You’re collaborative, solution-oriented, and detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Dimension technical solutions and prepare calculations.
• Provide sales support during offer and project stages.
• Deliver training to new partners and distributors.
• Develop technical and commercial documentation (presentations, datasheets, tools).
• Share valuable feedback with R&D and marketing based on customer insights.
