Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal education or training equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Completion of HVAC education or HVAC trade school training with the required license or certification.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigerant Technician Certification is required.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts as needed.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and overhaul air conditioning and refrigeration systems and related equipment.
• Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment and control systems.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections and boiler-related tasks.
• Repair or replace defective parts and perform electrical maintenance as needed.
• Operate and maintain a variety of hand/power tools and maintain inventory.
