GMC in Kansas City, MO is seeking an HVAC Technician/Sheet Metal Installer to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems across commercial and residential projects, enhancing comfort and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment and ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals to accurately execute installations and repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure reliable operation and extend system lifespan.
• Conduct field service visits to diagnose issues with existing systems, perform appliance repairs, and optimize system performance.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes and environmental regulations related to HVAV/R systems.
