Job summary

Proman Skilled Trades is currently seeking experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics for large-scale construction projects in the Houston area. You will install sheet-metal duct (squared, round, spiral, rectangular), read blueprints and schematics, and ensure proper fit and safety compliance.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of commercial HVAC sheet-metal experience, own tools, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical work.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of commercial HVAC sheet-metal experience.
• Familiar with sheet-metal schematics, blueprints and manuals.
• Familiar with sheet-metal equipment and hand tools.
• Able to handle a physical workload.
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install Sheet-Metal Duct (Squared, Round, Spiral, Rectangular).
• MUST have some pipe fitting experience, know how to apply Pookie and insulate.
• Install grills and dampers and set units.
• Set curbs for RTU's.
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes.
