CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics in Troy, NC. This full‑time position involves shop fabrication of HVAC components and reading blueprints, with a five‑8 hour day schedule and a $25–$30 hourly rate.

Start ASAP for immediate placement on projects. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of HVAC sheet metal experience, can work independently, and will join a team with ongoing project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC and sheet metal work.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints or technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and reliably in a shop environment.

Responsibilities
