HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Sheet Metal Mechanic)

Join us at Comfort Systems USA Mid South as a HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic. We are seeking a dedicated full-time professional skilled in fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal products such as ducts, control boxes, drainpipes, and furnace casings.

Responsibilities include:

1. Reading blueprints and following detailed instructions
2. Installing ductwork according to SMACNA standards, ATU, RTU, and split systems
3. Working 40 hours weekly with overtime as needed
4. Traveling to job sites, with occasional overnight stays
5. Adhering to all company policies and safety procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and fitness assessments
• Valid driver’s license
• Tools including hand tools and power tools
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to accurately measure with rulers or tape measures
