System Service & Engineering in Lynn Haven, FL is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team. Youbll fabricate, assemble, install, alter, and repair sheet metal for HVAC systems, working with precision and attention to detail.

You should have 2–4 years of commercial experience, be proficient with brazing and refrigerant piping, and able to read blueprints, drawings, specs, and work orders. Basic tools and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of commercial experience in sheet metal work.
• Experience brazing and running refrigerant piping.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, specs and work orders.
• Basic tools and physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, stoop, reach overhead and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate sheet metal components, ductwork, and fittings per blueprints and specs.
• Assemble and install ductwork and sheet metal parts for HVAC systems.
• Alter existing sheet metal products to meet job specs and changes.
• Repair damaged sheet metal components and HVAC equipment to maintain performance.
