Job Description

HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator / Duct Installer

Feldkamp Enterprises, Inc, a Marsden Holding Company, is a Non-Union Mechanical Contractor seeking HVAC Sheet Metal Duct Installers. We are hiring helpers through journeyman-level team members with 0 - 5+ years of experience.

Location: Dayton, OH.

Under the supervision of a Field Foreman, the HVAC Sheet Metal Installer is responsible for preparing and installing pre-fabricated commercial HVAC ductwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to lay out, prepare the jobsite, and install pre-fabricated ductwork.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings to determine HVAC ductwork placement.
• Assemble HVAC ductwork pieces for installation at the jobsite as necessary.
• Place hangers and supports for HVAC duct.

Work Schedule and Benefits

• Full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours/week (overtime may be required during busy seasons).
• Start times vary by location, typically starting at 6:00am, 6:30am, or 7:00am, and ending at 2:30pm, 3:00pm, or 3:30pm.
• Wages are competitive and based on experience and certifications.
• Qualified employees are eligible for company-sponsored Apprenticeship programs.
