Job summary

Interstate Mechanical LLC in Phoenix seeks a Sheet Metal Foreman to lead commercial/industrial HVAC sheet metal crews. Responsibilities include fabrication, installation and repair of sheet metal, coordinating on-site activities and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience, blueprint reading, and the ability to supervise and communicate with subcontractors and owners. The role offers weekly pay, health benefits, PTO and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience; journeyman or able to obtain journeyman status.
• Ability to read blueprints and prepare materials.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions including scheduling, material control and rentals.
• Conduct on-site inspections and ensure adherence to Interstate Mechanical standards.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, install and repair sheet metal for HVAC projects.
• Review projects with Superintendent/Project Manager and perform takeoffs.
• Coordinate with shop for production scheduling and assist with on-site start-ups.
