Job summary

System One is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead field crews on commercial construction projects in the Phoenix area. The role focuses on HVAC duct installation, crew supervision, and coordinating with project managers to meet schedules.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of commercial sheet metal installation, strong leadership and blueprint reading skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. A valid driver's license is required and company benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial sheet metal installation experience.
• Foreman or Lead Sheet Metal Installer experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC duct systems, fittings, and installation methods.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate field installations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Sheet Metal Foreman – Commercial Construction

Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Pay: $40–$50 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead field crews on commercial construction projects throughout the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with extensive experience in HVAC duct installation, crew supervision, and project coordination. This role is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules and quality standards.
