Qualifications

1+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Ability to pass background & drug screening
Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
Sales/upselling experience a plus

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair HVAC systems in residential homes
Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces, A/C units, and more
Communicate solutions clearly with homeowners & recommend upgrades to improve comfort and efficiency
Deliver legendary customer service every call, every time
Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of techs
