️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Stay Curious – Diagnose, repair, and optimize HVAC systems, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and performance.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of Residential HVAC experience
EPA certification II or Universal required (NATE preferred but not required!)
Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused mindset
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs & work in crawl spaces/ladders as needed
