Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from $35 to $42, based on qualifications and experience. Additional incentives include up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.

We are willing to pay for relocation/sign-on bonus for qualified BMW Technicians, including "A" level BMW Technicians, who can perform the following:

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and equipment to test components and systems.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems such as engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional repairs needed and provide estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• Service Technician experience required.
• Qualifications include diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer skills.
• Experience with electric vehicles preferred.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to learn new technology and operate diagnostic equipment.
