Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Perform service, installation, or routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems successfully.
• Operate hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
• Build client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
• Educate clients on their systems and maintenance, including the CoolCare Maintenance Agreement.
• Identify opportunities to improve home comfort systems via product overviews.
• Document all service work and recommendations accurately.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards in all tasks.

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• Desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Results-driven with high energy.
• Attention to detail.
• Must pass MVR Test.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Experience with Service Titan is preferred.
