Coolray is currently seeking HVAC Installers to join our team of creative and energetic employees, dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience. Our Installers educate customers on product options, remove and replace HVAC equipment, install accessories, and ensure quality work while following all local and national codes. The role also involves mentoring and coaching apprentices and entry-level technicians.

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Install/Replace HVAC equipment including ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits, rooftop units
• Maintain company vehicle and tools
• Travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, communicate delays to customers
• Design duct systems for efficiency and comfort
• Engage with homeowners for potential sales opportunities
• Manage customer invoices and payments
• Participate in training on customer service and industry technologies
• Mentor apprentices and entry-level installers

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• 2+ years experience in refrigeration and HVAC components
• Type II EPA Certification
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Hand Tools and Testing Equipment
• Knowledge of city codes
• Ability to work independently, in tight spaces, and at heights
• Service Titan experience preferred
