Job summary

KBH Heating and Cooling is seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

You will read schematics, diagnose issues, and communicate clearly with clients while documenting service calls and parts used. We provide a company vehicle, fuel card, tools, overtime pay, and a $2,000 signing bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and components.
• Experience as a service technician with a focus on repair and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system designs and troubleshoot problems.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs and solutions.
