Schedule: This position has a rotating schedule where you work 4 days on and then are off for 4 days.

Pay: $75,000 - $130,000 total compensation a year, with base plus incentives based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and service on residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues with precision and efficiency
• Install new HVAC systems and components as needed
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
• EPA certification (min type II, but universal is a plus)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
