If you’re an experienced HVAC Service Technician and one of your favorite parts is seeing a satisfied customer, we have an immediate opening for an HVAC Technician.

This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. You will succeed here by providing a world-class experience and caring about the customer's needs.

This role also includes installation responsibilities with mostly residential and some light commercial work. Help deliver customer’s heating and cooling needs by providing quality system installations including Split Systems, Duct Work, Air Handlers, Furnaces, Condensers, thermostats, IAQ products, smart home devices and more.

Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you are vital in taking care of our clients by providing them with the highest-quality service and maintenance of their home’s HVAC systems, and providing them with new HVAC equipment and systems that deliver on their Heating, Cooling and other home comfort needs.

• Deliver World-Class Service – Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
• Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.
• Test and Inspect Equipment – Show off your craftsmanship to clients and perform vital functions tests to ensure system is heating / cooling to customer’s satisfaction.
• Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution.
