• Minimum 3 years HVAC/R service and/or installation experience (residential or light commercial).
• EPA certification required.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required.
• Valid NYS driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, repair, and install a variety of HVAC&R systems.
• Respond to residential and light commercial service calls.
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and maintenance tips.
• Coordinate with dispatch and supervisors regarding scheduling and materials.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and company vehicle.
• Work flexible hours when necessary.

Job Summary

Betlem Residential Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians with at least 3 years of residential and/or light commercial experience to join our team. • Service, maintain and repair HVAC equipment (furnances, boilers, AC units, heat pumps).
• Respond to residential and light commercial service calls.
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and maintenance tips.
• Coordinate with dispatch and supervisors regarding scheduling and materials.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and company vehicle.
• Work flexible hours when necessary.

Education and/or Experience
