In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial HVAC installations, support service technicians, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to our high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and committed to providing top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• EPA certification required.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC installation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pump systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners.
• Coordinate work schedules, materials, and logistics with project managers and supervisors.
• Participate in on-call program as needed.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle.
• Adapt to flexible hours as required.
