Job summary

Able Heating & Air Inc. is seeking an entry-level HVAC technician with some hands-on experience to join our Culpeper team.

We offer paid training, mentorship from senior technicians, and a clear path for advancement within a family-owned company focused on quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of HVAC exposure, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 6 months HVAC experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• EPA certification within 3 months of start.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installation work.
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC issues alongside senior technicians.
• Safely operate power tools, hand tools, ladders, and equipment.
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service in customers' homes.
• Participate in training programs and continue developing technical skills.
