Service Champions is hiring an Entry Level HVAC Training Technician for a paid 8-week program at our Pleasanton training center. You will learn through hands-on training and gain experience with residential heating and air conditioning systems while serving customers with our trusted brand.

Ideal candidates have no prior HVAC experience but bring a customer-service mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Training begins soon for a full-time role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect, repair, and service furnaces, condensers and compressors with hand/power tools.
• Build client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Educate clients on system maintenance and best practices.
• Document services performed and recommendations.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards and complete tasks on schedule.
