Job summary

Sierra Air Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, traveling to customer homes and coordinating with the office to ensure smooth service operations.

The role requires maintaining high professional standards and staying current with field training. You will collect payments when needed, complete service tickets, and support sales of service agreements and accessories while working from a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Represent Sierra Air Inc. in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff and the public.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Must have all required tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain all types of residential HVAC equipment, ensuring first-time quality at customer sites.
• Travel to customers’ homes as scheduled and coordinate with the office staff.
• Complete required paperwork and collect payment for services rendered when applicable.
• Maintain clear communication with the service dispatcher and office throughout the job.
• Attend training classes to stay current with field expertise.
• Assist in selling service agreements, duct cleanings and accessories when appropriate.
