Job summary

Hoffmann Brothers, LLC is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Nashville, TN. This role focuses on repairs and maintenance of residential HVAC systems, with potential light commercial installs when demand rises.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience and an EPA certification are required. You will work in a team, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain high safety standards while delivering top-level service to customers in their homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• Good driving record.
• Strong safety awareness and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Check-in with the office for scheduled jobs after each task and end of day.
• Maintain accurate documentation for each service visit and time on site.
• Communicate clearly with customers during visits to explain work performed.
• Handle and list materials used on each job on provided forms.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment including refrigeration, AC, furnaces, heat pumps, and related components.
• Assist with light commercial installs during high demand.
