Qualifications

• 4-6 years of HVAC service experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert installation of replacement systems, emphasizing quality and customer care.
• Protect client homes during installations with floor savers and drop cloths.
• Perform re-checks on each installation using the Installation Excellence Form to prevent callbacks.
• Explain the installed system to the client to ensure satisfaction with the work.
• Prioritize safety on the job and ensure the assistant installer follows safety guidelines.
• Maintain a minimum production level as directed by management and yearly plans.
• Complete full system change-outs in an average of one day or less.
• Train installation assistants for maximum efficiency and independence.
