You will leverage extensive field service experience to ensure optimal operation of HVAC systems across diverse property types, while also operating independently, communicating professionally, and growing into a leadership role as the company expands.

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications

  • Conduct field service operations including plumbing repairs, refrigeration servicing, ammonia refrigeration system management, and equipment replacement
  • Maintain and repair complex machinery such as boilers and other property infrastructure components
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every visit and maintain clear communication with customers and office staff
  • Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, system performance reports, and compliance records
  • Identify repair and replacement opportunities and communicate findings professionally
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians on technical procedures including HVAC/R troubleshooting, appliance repair, and equipment repair techniques
What Makes This Role Different
  • Company actively investing in marketing and long-term growth
  • Dedicated call center team handling lead generation and scheduling
  • No micromanagement — you are trusted to do your job
  • Quality and professionalism valued over rushed volume
  • Early opportunity to grow with the company rather than starting at the bottom of an established hierarchy
  • Support from an experienced industry network
Training and Support
  • We provide ongoing technical support, leadership development, operational guidance, and access to a robust training and resource network. You will not be left to figure things out on your own.
Compensation

  • Overtime available
  • Monthly performance bonuses
  • Upsell and replacement commissions
  • Install incentives
  • Zero-callback quality bonuses
  • Leadership and training incentives as the company grows
  • Top performers have the potential to earn over $100,000 annually including bonuses and incentives.

  • Required tools and equipment provided
  • Tool reimbursement program available
  • Paid training including technical and leadership development
  • Paid time off

  • Knowledge of electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues within HVAC systems
  • Strong mechanical knowledge including appliance repair and property maintenance
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Leadership mindset and willingness to help develop a team
  • EPA Certification required
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
