Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform no-heat, no-cool, maintenance, and service calls.
• Troubleshoot furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, rooftop units, mini-splits, and controls.
• Communicate repair options, pricing, and next steps to customers.
• Complete work safely and per company, manufacturer, and code standards.
• Provide accurate job notes, photos, and billing details.
• Support maintenance agreements and customer retention.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
