Job summary

Lennox National Account Services is seeking an HVAC Technician to support installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems. You will perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repairs, and basic troubleshooting to ensure reliable operations for our commercial customers.

The role requires 2–6 years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. Overtime, travel, and occasional night work may be needed; company vehicle provided where

Qualifications

• 2–6 years hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification – Type I & II or Universal Required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Availability for weekend and night work occasionally; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, refer complex issues to senior techs.
• Assess service requirements using experience and system operations.
• Inform manager of inspections performed and actions needed.
• Work in a team-based environment to share workload and ensure customer satisfaction.
