Qualifications

• Must be able to respond to after-hours calls.
• Must possess EPA universal certification.
• Must have valid Tennessee driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Able to lift and move up to 60 pounds and work in restricted spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC units for commercial customers; diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Travel to job sites in service area and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule.
• Startup installed equipment and adjust to manufacturer specifications.
• Document calls with readings, recommendations, and observations; obtain client signature.
• Make ethical decisions prioritizing customer and company interests.
• Provide leads and opportunities to sales personnel.
