Mechanical Resource Group in Nashville is seeking a Service Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on assigned maintenance agreements within the allotted time. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in maintaining HVAC systems.
• EPA universal certification required, or obtain within 90 days.
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in restricted spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance in a professional, high quality, timely manner.
• Perform maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Handle a heavy schedule of maintenance work.
• Document calls with recommendations, repairs, readings, and observations; obtain client signature.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, air handlers, VRF/VRV, split systems).
• Replace and repair components.
• Perform additional duties as required.
